minimum wage for servers is WAY different than minimum wage for someone who isnt working on tips. Min is like 7 avg. for servers it really is like 3.25 etc. later

I tip very well whenever I can and even sometimes when I can't I leave more than the avarage 14 percent, sometimes up to fifty or more...I didn't even know why. I just heard this song for the first time since I was a teenager and It struck me now as it did back then. I'm pretty sure this song is the reason I try to tip well now a days. Great song.

This song is really an anthem for anyone who works in customer service. There's so much smiling and "have a nice day" you can dish out after customers continually treat you like crap. And yes, waitresses catch quite a bit of crap from their customers, especially when you consider they only get paid 3.75 an hour and have to make the rest of their living on tips.
